We are based at the heart of the LongMynd trails with a unique set up including: Camping Pods, Bike Shop, Pub Restaurant Cafe and of course miles of stunning natural single track.
New to MTB Shropshire is a full selection of Road bikes from brands such as Eddy Merckx and Scott. These are available to go out and try on the exciting roads of south Shropshire or in store on our rollers/ turbo trainer set-up. With set up and riding tips from our knowledgeable members of staff.

From bike selection to testing one or two bikes to fitting and modifying your bike we are here to give you unrivalled attention and the ultimate experience in selecting your next bike.
We are very central to a large catchment area just off the A49 with Shrewsbury, Telford, Ludlow, Wolverhampton being short distances away. MTB Shropshire and Blazing Bikes location gives you the ultimate opportunity to test ride your bike in the environment it was meant to be in, and as we are not a trail centre you wont be stuck in queues of people, the only thing you may encounter is the odd sheep or two!

2013 Mondraker Foxy XR Medium. Here we have Mondraker’s ground breaking Foxy XR using there Forward Geometry set up. The bike uses a zero reach stem and a longer top tube giving the rider increased high speed control and greater turning capabilities. Could this be the new trail weapon on the block?.

2013 Banshee Rune V2 large. The new Rune is an aggressive 160mm all mountain/ trail bike. Adjustable head angle between 65, 65.5 and 66 degrees. The Rune V2 is both 26″ and 650B compatible, just by simply changing the drop outs! Read a review here.

Here’s a quick peak at our 2013 Eddy Merckx line up in the shop. Starting from the aluminium AMX1 working your way through to the EMX3 with carbon Campagnolo kit! There is a bike for everyone. Get sized up in store and then head out on to the numerous roads on the hill to test the bikes capabilities and your legs! If the cold weather doesn’t suit you this winter have a go on our indoor turbo trainer and roller set up with a cup of coffee.

All of bike go out fully serviced and clean as a whistle every time. The demo includes a set up on the bike and a trail map with some trail advice. This will make sure you get the best experience from riding the bike of your choice.

Hire one of our fleet of Trail Ready Hard Tail bikes. Available to book now. We hire Orange G2 Hardtail bikes of various sizes. Orange bikes are renowned for their build quality and reliability so whatever trail you decide to ride, these bikes will do the job perfectly. We also have Power Assisted Electric bikes for when you need that little assistance.
