As demand for pedal-assist mountain bikes continues to surge, Powerfly stays ahead of the competition with a performance-packed lineup that integrates Bosch’s industry-leading pedal-assist power with Trek’s proven mountain bike technology. The lineup still includes the 130mm Powerfly FS (Full Suspension) and the 150mm Powerfly LT (Long Travel, as well as a full line of hardtails, including Women’s models.

Bosch’s off-road Performance CX system returns with the battery now integrated into the downtube. Integrating the battery isn’t just about the clean, cool looks. With the weight of the battery resting lower in the frame, integration provides better ride quality. Additional upgrades to all models include the low-profile Purion display, a new intuitive e-MTB ride mode, and long-life 500Wh battery.

These updates include Powerfly 4, which uses a carry-forward frame to offer pedal-assist with excellent value. The new hardtails also get Boost hub spacing for increased tire clearance, and even the ability to accommodate plus-sized tires, which come stock on the 9 model. All of the 9-level Powerfly models get maximum electric-assist performance with an optimized e-MTB spec package that includes SRAM’s e-bike specific eX1 drivetrain, Guide RE brakes, and Fox’s e-optimized Float forks. Of course, the full-suspension models feature the Trek technologies that make for the best-handling bikes around, including ABP, EVO Link, and Straight Shot downtube. Both Powerfly LT models also get our exclusive RE:aktiv shock for additional responsiveness and control over more demanding terrain.

Bosch Performance CX

Bosch’s Performance CX line is made for rugged off-road use with a maximum torque of up to 75 newton meters, sustained into the high cadence range for sporty acceleration and a sleek mid-mount motor for ideal weight balance and obstacle clearance

With a maximum torque of 75 Nm, the Performance Line CX is the ideal drive for ambitious and demanding eBikers. In eMTB mode, you always receive the required power – from Tour to Turbo. Up to 300% of perfectly delivered support, incredible dynamism and unique grip provide the best possible support on all terrains, as well as improved start-up behaviour. The progressive motor support automatically adapts to the individual’s riding style, so there is no need to change support modes in eMTB mode.

Bosch Power Pack 500

The premium Bosch lithium-ion battery features 500WH and a guaranteed long lifespan. The battery not only ensure long distances, but is also easy to remove and take with you.

The Bosch PowerPack 500 is the same size as and only slightly heavier than the PowerPack 400 but extends the range. The Lithium-ion battery requires about two hours to charge 50% and the PowerPack 500 takes approx. 4.5 hours to charge with the Bosch Standard Charger. In favourable conditions, charged and with the Performance Line Cruise in the mix, tours of up to 90 kilometres are possible. The PowerPack 500 is available for all product lines as a frame or rack battery.

Bosch Purion Display

Bosch’s Purion display features a fully-functional speedometer with a backlit display, service interval indicator and battery range indicator. It’s thoughtful design allows riders to scroll through functions or choose the right level of support while maintaining contact with the handlebars
